Give Us A Song

Songwriting on command.

Do you have someone to be remembered in song or a message to leave the world?

Do you have someone dear who you’d like to praise in a song? Do you have a message for the world to know before you go? A life lesson maybe? A regret or unfulfilled wish that never left your mind? There are so many unspoken words that people take with them when they die, simply because they don’t know how to put these words down. Songwriting is one of the means to do so and we’d like use our talents to help you get the job done.

Please command us: “Give us a song!”

Songwriting is a lovely, but time consuming art form, just like painting a portrait of your children, so we’d like to know what you’d think is a fair price, product or service in return.
If your want to order a song or to join the group of therapists that would like to use songwriting as an instrument of treatment, please give us a PM or send an email.

For therapists:
The art of songwriting can be used, like writing, painting and sculpture, as an instrument to address emotion and feelings, sad or happy. With the motto “A Happy Song For A Sad One” we’d like to do two activities:

  1. Try to catch the hidden painful or sad experience in a slow ballad and
  2. Follow this up in focusing on issues that bring feelings of happiness and put that in a happy song

Both songs end up being new and very personal, and can be made public (to tell the world) or kept private or published later.

Simon Oak will be happy to do this for you, but there are more songwriters happy to help. Here’s a professional who can write a song for you in English: Gareth Davies-Jones.

If you also write songs for other people and want to be listed above, drop Simon Oak a message.
